We just completed the successful purchase of a condominium that was totally enabled by the robust support of Frances and her FAM Realty Group team (Diamond & Kim). Their support from the very beginning of the home search and the selection of our condo, through the inevitable complications inherent in today's real estate transactions to the end game of tying off all the loose ends was nothing short of stellar....I'd gladly add a 6th star to this review if it was possible. We didn't know of Fran's group at all when we started looking at houses, but Diamond reached out to me early on when I ran inquiries on a home in their specialty area of San Diego. Diamond and Fran's advice on communities and properties focused us in on the right places for our price range and no time was wasted. That's because they REALLY listen and have the experience and energy to succinctly act on your true priorities. From my very first encounter with the FAM Realty Group I was totally convinced that I had the right team on my side and they'd see us through the process successfully. Their feel for the market, inexhaustible energy to help find the right home, and continuous actions to overcome glitches in the convoluted buying process made all the difference in our home buying experience. Throughout the entire few months of the home buying merry-go-round, Fran and her team absolutely overcame every unexpected glitch by throwing themselves into the problem right away and evoking a successful solution. You cannot ask for more than a team that won't shy away from problems and takes them all on as a personal challenge. I recommend Fran's team without reservation.
