Chris responded to our online inquiry into a Saratoga property and from the get-go, was the consummate professional. As a buyer's realtor, he gathered information from us quickly and accurately to show us the properties that we might find most fitting to our needs. He did so in a short window as we were out of state purchasers. He has an excellent handle on what's available and has his own personal feedback on what's on the market (in other words, he sees all properties himself vs. relying on hearsay).Chris was an excellent communicator, especially since we were not in the state of NY. He kept us abreast of all issues, both large and small, in a timely fashion. His level-headedness was a great asset in our search and negotiations!
