As someone who has his own real estate license, is married to a real estate broker, and has been through over a dozen real estate transactions (on both sides) in the last 20 years I can say with full confidence that there is NO ONE more impressive, qualified, outgoing, concerned, attentive, experienced, intelligent or proactive about the entire real estate process from concept through closing than Lisa McTygue. We live about three hours from the property and needed an expert partner for an expedient and effective sale. The house was listed on November 27th and Lisa facilitated dozens of showings and open houses leading to an offer on February 4th and a closing on March 12th. She nailed is during the worst season! She provided feedback from every visitor, proffered valuable suggestions regarding staging, cleanup, the inspection and every step along the way. We contacted Lisa after we found a house we liked on Zillow. We were looking to see the house on a specific day/time in order to accommodate some out of town family. She immediately came back to us with a viewing time for the house (after we had been told "not possible" by another agent). After seeing the house and falling in love, we wanted to go through with an offer. The house had a contingent offer on it - we had found in the past that other realtors were resistant to putting their best foot forward when making offers in these situations, as it doesn't always pan out in a sale for them.
