Diana and Rona are a fantastic team and were an invaluable help in our move from Manhattan to Larchmont. A Initially, we only had a rough idea of where we wanted to move, but Diana and Rona helped us zero-in on neighborhoods that fit our preferences. They also helped the transition into our new suburban lives. Diana and Rona were patient and accommodating in showing us properties based on what we described. They also took the time to tour us around the different towns and neighborhoods and introduce to locations and features that we wouldnt have considered otherwise.On the business side, they were an excellent team, communicated well, got things done efficiently, and made the closing process as painless as possible. A Even after the close, they continued to be extremely helpful by introducing us to several vendors, orienting us to our new community and just being "neighborly." I am writing to give Debbie Meiliken my highest recommendation. She possess all the attributes necessary to be an excellent realtor. Debbie knows her market extremely well; she is very diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. Debbie clearly takes pride in her work and is both professional and personable. In my particular case as a seller of a home, there were many highs and lows throughout the journey. My father had recently passed away and I suddenly found myself having to put the house I grew up in on the market. Being an out-of-state seller caused me great concern and anxiety. Fortunately, Debbie's performance as my advocate was a true blessing and comfort. In addition to advertising and getting the word out about the house, she also gave great suggestions about modernizing and updating the house. A simple suggestion of changing all the outdated light fixtures made a tremendous difference. I was a bit unsure about spending money on staging the house per Debbie's recommendation but the change was remarkable. From start to finish, the home sold within 3 months. It would be hard to envision someone doing a better job than Debbie and I am more than satisfied with how everything turned out.
