2017 Review for finding us a home to purchase in Somers, NYMr Martinez guided us through the home buying process with tremendous patience and professionalism. He explained steps clearly to us and tolerated and eased our frustration with our mortgage process. Mr Martinez was also essential in securing a last minute inspection of our desired home when we were unable to to do so in such a short period of time. In addition, the vendor he secured was very impressive. We were all the more pleased. Mr Martinez also gave us excellent tips to keep in mind during the mortgage process, the inspection, and the closing. He was readily available and responsive to us.
