In working with Bonnie Stein we had a very tall order which Bonnie was able to fill. My sister and I were looking for a 1bedroom for our mother that absolutely needed to have an outdoor space (that didn't face a parking lot) be on the ground floor or be in an elevator buildings. Additionally it needed ample heating and nice light. It also needed to be near my residence. All for very little money.Amazingly, she found us a fantastic fixer upper that also happens to have a nice park like setting, seasonal river views and very low maintenance.Kudos to Bonnie for being willing to work with us when no one else would. For this my sister, mother and I are grateful. Bonnie is a patient, diligent professional who quickly understood our needs. She is charming and very easy to work with. She also recommended the lawyer we worked with and even had a source for cabinet refinishing and a contractor in the neighborhood.Thank you Bonnie for all you do. I would recommend her services to everyone.
