My wife and I had sever unusual requirements for our house purchase. We had a location and price that were going to be hard to find. while I spent many hours combing houses online until I eventually found the one for us it would have been impossible to have gotten the sale done without Shellie. She spent a summer of Saturdays driving all over the city with us looking at houses in our price range. Any time I needed help or had a question Shellie was available and had answers for me right away. We ended up buying a house from HUD which is a rather complicated process. Without Shellie guiding us and doing the paperwork we never would have been able to purchase our new home. I have nothing but praise for her and the job she does. If you want someone to work hard for you and who knows all the technical details surrounding a real estate purchase then look no further. Her personality and good cheer really helped me on the days when it seemed hopeless that we would ever find the perfect place. I hope she is still selling houses when we need to move again!
