Tommye has been phenomenal as a buying agent. She definitely took the time to learn what I needed and did not hesitate to critique houses we visited as well as point out things that might be a concern (which is invaluable to a first time buyer like me). The market, especially in Frisco, is very aggressive right now and as a first time buyer I'm really glad I had Tommye at my side. When we found the home I wanted, we pushed hard and got my offer to the top of the stack. Then Tommye had a very efficient network of people needed to close a home including Jenay Bowen, a great lender who made the financial process quick and painless. Then I was stunned we were able to get my Frisco home closed in four weeks! Tommye really went out of her way to help me find the perfect home. And when closing approached her continued service of going above and beyond kept surprising me. When I buy my next home in 3-5 years, I will definitely work with Tommye again.
