For the last couple of months, we've been working with Corey to purchase our first home, and he was phenomenal. In this highly competitive seller's market, we were a bit hesitant to take the leap, but Corey was there to calm our nerves and answer all of our questions in an honest and forthcoming manner. He didnt push us into a decision we didnt want to make. We ended up getting the second house that we wrote an offer on, and would have gotten the first had the sellers not changed their minds about selling. He was able to suggest favorable terms and has a great rapport with fellow agents, which allowed us to get an accepted offer price lower than the competition and below the asking price. I cant stress enough how helpful he was in navigating every step of the process. We couldn't be happier with our new home. Corey was knowledgeable, accessible, and very enjoyable to work with. I have already referred him to our friends and intend to do so again every chance I get.

Corey is a fantastic realtor! We were moving cross state for my husbands job and really needed to find someone we could trust in our absence. Corey exudes confidence with a very calm demeanor. We interviewed many realtors but knew right away that Corey was the guy we wanted representing us and our beautiful home.We made the right choice!! ...Corey took care of everything for us. From scheduling the stagers, to cleaners, to repair men, amazing photography and everything in between. Corey, provided daily updates, he is easily accessible and honestly just a good guy all around. The marketing that Corey put together for our home went above and beyond what we could have ever envisioned. While we werent there for the open houses, (having already moved) - our neighbors said everything was immaculate! We knew it would be.Corey even held onto items we left behind and sent us packages once we got settled.
