Shelley was truly a joy to work with. She always had a positive attitude , was incredibly responsive to our needs, concerns and questions, and often went out of her way to get us all the information we wanted. Just one example is she helped us get permitting information by going to the permitting office for us and waiting in line with our questions. She met inspectors and contractors at the property for us, and she really could not have done more to make this transaction easier or quicker. Always with a wonderful positive energy, she responded to my texts and calls and emails as soon as she could, and the hallmark of our working with her was her kindness and willingness to do whatever it took. Her kindness and thoughtfulness continues even now, after we have closed on the property, as she continues to offer to help make sure our property is well looked after which we really appreciate. I highly recommend Shelley and if you are looking for a real estate broker in the Joshua Tree area, you will not be disappointed if you use her.
