The instant I met Billee Silva I knew I was in good hands. She was honest and upfront and attentitive to my needs. I literally could not have purchased my new home without her strong negotiating skills. I was ready to accept the first counter the sellers came back with but she remained firm and was adamant we could do better and ended up getting the house for $25,000 less than asking price. Not to mention, I had horrible issues with my lender and she took control and got everything resolved. What could have been an extremely stressful situation for me she made sure everything ran smoothly and was my advocate every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling because the extra effort she puts forth saves you so much time and energy. I have never met another realtor like her, she is excellent!

You can not ask for a better realtor than Billee Silva. Started my home search 3 years ago. From that very first meeting I felt like I was her only client.
