We learned of Ms. Harps work through an acquaintance who had recently worked with her selling and purchasing a home. We found Brandy and her team wonderful to work with and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. She always made us feel like we were her only clients. She shared with us what we needed to repair (or not repair) when selling our home in Robinwood, assisted in scheduling repairs and was present for repairs. She also has recommendations for local service people who are timely, honest and reasonably priced. The online photos of our home we were selling looked fantastic! During the process of purchasing our new construction home in Chenal, she stayed engaged, making suggestions and stayed involved over the 6-month process. Without her guidance and professionalism, we would have been lost. As first time home buyers there was so much we didnt know about buying a home, but we knew we had to select the right realtor that would help educate us on the process. Brandy Harp was more than the right choice for us. She educated us every step of the way, fairly presenting our options without trying to sway us in any particular direction. Brandy went above and beyond showing us homes. She was communicative, responsive and always prepared. We purchased our home while living in another state and Brandy resourcefully offered to video conference us to show us homes. We eventually purchased our home without ever physically seeing it in person, which is a full testament to the trust we had with Brandy and her ability to clearly and efficiently communicate all details about our future home.
