Brandy Harp was the most outstanding, competent and skilled realtor my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of working with! (And we have worked with several very good realtors, buying and selling high end properties in CA and AR over the last 15 years!). I first met Brandy when I was not even certain that I was in the market for selling and buying my home. Long story short my husband and I listed our house with Brandy only a few weeks after she presented us with a detailed proposal for selling our house. Brandy was completely in charge of prepping our house and getting it market ready. When there was a problem or a hiccup she had a solution and an action plan before we could even be perturbed by it. She has incredible contacts and because of her kind and ethical personality she has build the trust and confidence of those that work with her. Three days after our house appeared on MLS we had two offers in hand! During the stress and anxiety of selling a home Brandy also helped us purchase our next property - a process where she was informative and educational on all aspects of the neighborhood, the home and surrounding areas. As first time home buyers there was so much we didnt know about buying a home, but we knew we had to select the right realtor that would help educate us on the process. Brandy Harp was more than the right choice for us. She educated us every step of the way, fairly presenting our options without trying to sway us in any particular direction. Brandy went above and beyond showing us homes. She was communicative, responsive and always prepared. We purchased our home while living in another state and Brandy resourcefully offered to video conference us to show us homes. We eventually purchased our home without ever physically seeing it in person, which is a full testament to the trust we had with Brandy and her ability to clearly and efficiently communicate all details about our future home.
