My husband and I bought a house recently. We couldn?t decide which house to buy, because we had different opinions about all the house details. If it weren?t our Agent Sevana, we would be stuck in our old house. Even these pandemic times, that it was almost impossible to go houses and look by ourselves, she did everything in her power, not to be discouraged and keep looking for our dream house. She has been there for us every step that we ask for it. She never refused to help us, even though we lived far away, and she had to drive almost an hour to show the house. Months we spent together and she showed us only respect and professionalism. We were so lucky this time, that we never could imagine. We had the opposite experience before with someone else and believe me, very easily could be repeated that, if it weren?t our lovely Sevana Grigor and she never give up until she finds a house, even when we give up looking. Even when we bought a house, she didn?t forget us and still tries to help us anyway she can, because it is not easy to start your life in new neighborhoods in another city. She is our angel and I recommend you to choose her, because when you buy a house, you need an angel just like her.
