I have worked with John Ricotta over the past ten years to purchase two homes and sell a third. All of them are located in Chatham, MA where John is an expert of what seems like every square inch of the town and his advice and guidance have proven to be invaluable for all of the transactions. While, I greatly value his perspective on the finer points of the town?s pros and cons relative to home locations, I place far greater value on the personal advice that he has provided to me in both the search and bidding process on our purchases, and on our pricing and staging of the home being sold. Most importantly, in a commission-based industry with an inherent structure for potential conflict, John has always provided me with unbiased and truly independent guidance for each transaction. Sometimes he?d encourage a decisive bid, whereas there were other times he?d recommend a low offer, or even to walk-away because of a pricing imbalance or a local nuance that I as an off-cape buyer would have never been privy?and the trust I have in him have made the process of each deal much easier and comfortable. John and his team have been completely professional, and cracker jack responsive from a service standpoint for any and all issues. He has also been particularly efficient in helping to coordinate attorneys, bankers, inspectors and anything else that was needed to get the transactions completed properly and on time. In essence, I cannot offer a higher recommendation to anyone in any field than I can for John.
