We had such an amazing experience working with Chad as our realtor. We were vacationing in Naples, Florida in May and were impressed with the city. We looked up Zillow for potential properties to invest in, which connected us to Chad. Even though our request for appointment was short notice, Chad was quick to arrange a tour to the property that we initially wanted to see. He then showed us many other properties in the narrow span of two days before we head back home in Philly. It was obvious from the get-go that Chad has a wealth of experience with the Naples market, and he was so cordial and patient to answer whatever questions and concerns we had, which is something that we really wanted from a realtor as a first-time investor. He accommodated every request that we made and was willing to go out of his way to help us through the process. For example, when we were filing for the HOA application for our property, Chad quickly provided us with all the materials that we would've needed for the application and was willing to personally drop off our application to the property management to make sure the application was received on time. Chad is a great negotiator. We were able to purchase our desired property at arguably the lowest price point over the past year in our community. Our communication with Chad has been seamless throughout the process despite most conversations being over the phone or via email since we live out of state. He always made himself available -- even when he was with other clients or during weekends. What impressed us the most is that Chad always put our interest first and every step of the way he represented us as if he himself was purchasing the property. In all, we wholeheartedly recommend Chad to anyone in need of a top-notch, responsible, passionate, and hard-working realtor who can secure property at a fantastic price and who would always look out for the clients' interests.
