I have worked in the Financial Services Field since the late 80's and working with clients and their realtors when either buying or selling real estate is a common occurrence. In all of those years, even in my own real estate experience, have I come across and worked with a consummate professional such as Dave Tate.I happened to have good fortune and found him through a search on the internet for realtors in the Naples Fl. area. He listened and made a point of understanding my requirements for the home, was completely organized, and managed the use of our time together flawlessly. Aside from his many professional skills as well as being an excellent negotiator, quite frankly, he is just a really nice person. I felt he was definitely NOT out to "just make a sale" but find the perfect home for me. I have referred him to any and every one looking to list or purchase property with great confidence.
