Over a year ago I contacted Shannon to help me purchase a home in the Yelm, WA area. Since I live in San Diego, I knew I would need an agent that would go the extra mile to help long distance in all the things I would need to do. My wife and I flew up to WA and met with Shannon to view pre-owned homes. We later decided that a new home would be in our future. Again, Shannon came through and showed us new homes in the area. After yet more thinking, we decided to have a custom home built. Shannon came to the rescue, found a development for us which perfectly fit our style and helped in the planning stages of our new home, including finding a top notch builder.
