Pete is the best agent that we've ever met. He answered any and all questions we had about the house we were interested in and promptly sent us pictures related to the items that we had concerns about during the inspection. For example, there was a faucet in the basement that the inspector did not know how to turn on and indicated that it was broken during the inspection process. We thought that there was a major plumbing issue with the house so we contacted Pete and expressed our concern. Pete immediately came to the house, figured out how to turn it on, took pictures, and sent them to us within a few hours after we contacted him. Not only did the pictures help to ease our concerns about the plumbing of the house, but he also helped the buying process go along very smoothly. We also contacted him with several questions about the house during our inspection process. He answered them all. For the questions that he needed further clarifications, he contacted the sellers and promptly provided us the answers.In addition, he is very knowledgeable in home improvement matters and provided us several great suggestions to help improve the house. He has helped us and the sellers make the entire buying/selling process move along smoothly throughout the negotiation process. He also promised to fix a broken window after we purchased the house. He followed through and contacted us to confirm the date that he scheduled the window company to fix the window. Buying a house can be a very stressful process. Its very important to have a great agent working alongside with us. Pete did an excellent job. It has been a pleasant experience working with him. Pete is prompt, professional, reliable, and gets the job done. In the future, we would definitely ask Pete to be our agent for buying and selling related matters.
