We got Roopikas referral from a friend who bought a house in with her. From the very first interaction with her, we found to be different, in a good way. The two main things that stood out were 1) her knowledge of the east side (Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland etc) real estate properties and current market, and 2) her proactive efforts to negotiate on our behalf. There were times when the market was acting crazy fast, and there wasnt much time to discuss with all parties involved. In just a couple of months, she was able to build enough trust with us, that we were comfortable letting her making some key decisions for us, of course she always told us before saying anything to anyone, but we had the trust that she will try her best efforts in our favor. Overall, in our experience Roopika came across as an ethical professional, who carefully listened to our requirements, and took her time to do thorough research before suggesting any properties, price, or other suggestions to us.
