Now a days it's easy to find 5* rated realtors so I feel the review process is due for an overhaul. A realtor is someone who needs to know the inside out of the home buying process, it is much more beyond just prepping few documents for signatures. Great connections with lenders, finding the best deal, finding the best homes, helping buyers with the right needs, being able to treat the transaction as their own home transaction, being transparent and open for feedback, helping understand the elements involved, finding workarounds for documentation issues delaying closing dates, employing best strategy for going for the kill, finding the right amounts to offer and much more than anything behind a friend and guide.Roopika receives 5* in all those aspects as well and such skills are hard to find in other 5* realtors. So i am truly thankful to Roopika for helping us find a home and close it within 22 days, it was stressful but she and her lenders at chase made sure it happened on time!

We were looking to buy a house for more than a year. We met Roopika and within a month bought our house during the most competitive real estate market against 14 offers. In our opinion, what set Roopika apart were three qualities: 1) Understood our requirements - Roopika was approachable and available to talk at all times. She took the due time needed to understand our requirements in detail and was quick to read between the lines to understand what worked for us and what did not, 2) Proper guidance - Roopika explained status of the Seattle market and identified areas that would be good for us. Roopika would express her opinion about the houses we wanted to see, she never imposed them on us which was wonderful. Roopika was very accessible, and took the time to patiently answer as many questions as we had. By sharing her opinion with us she saved us from wasting a ton of time. Also, booking appointments to see houses was no hassle with her. When we moved to the stage of buying Roopika was very realistic about how to bid up to ensure we win the bid. She was very communicative during this process. Following that she had a streamlined processes in place for the different steps leading up to closing. She also has recommendations for key persons for mortgage etc and guided us well. 3) Roopikas team - is just as impactful as her. On instances when Roopika was not available and sent her team to viewings, there was no disconnect in the communication.All in all working with Roopika was a positive, pleasant and non-stressful experience. She helped us buy a beautiful house that fit our requirements- we would not think twice to use her for any future home buying/selling needs and would strongly recommend her to others.
