Gary came in so focused and organized, it was impressive. He knew just what it took to get the house ready to sell. Better yet, he connected us with the right people to get it into shape to do the things we couldn't. In the end, it was on the market for only about 2 days!! I worry where we would have been without him.He also helped us find our current home. We had some very specific requirements that didn't show up very often. Gary took the time to really understand what we needed and didn't waste our time with properties just to get a quick sale. When our home became available, Gary knew it was what we needed and acted fast - we had an offer in on the same day. He helped with the negotiations, providing some very sage advice that paid dividends. He was great with my kids, working to teach them some ins-and-outs of the process. A fantastic experience.

We purchased our home from Gary in 2011, at the time Gary represented both buyers and sellers and we were impressed with his professionalism and fair representation of both parties. He negotiated well on our behalf, and wore both seller and buyer agent hats well! Rachel, his assistant, was incredibly helpful then and once again proved to be a valuable member of the team when we sold our home in February 2022. Over the years Gary continued to keep us on his mailing list and always happy, friendly, upbeat when we would bump into him around the neighborhood! His knowledge of the Beaverton market in particular is spot on and he is definitely an expert in his field. Gary was incredibly patient and understanding with us regarding the timing and listing of the property and walked us expertly through current market expectations - answering any questions and concerns thoroughly. He is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive about market trends and gives honest, realistic and accurate advice and feedback. Gary and Rachel promptly responded to all of our correspondence and offered wonderful support and guidance throughout. We were thrilled with the choice of quality photography for our listing photo's and the presentation of the advertising materials was superb! When it came to determining the best buyer offer, once again Gary offered sage advice and professional judgement in helping us to decide which offer would best work for us, which we appreciated, given an overwhelming amount of bids! During the escrow period Gary and Rachel kept us updated and informed at every step of the process and ensured it was a smooth and well-run transaction. We can't say enough good things about Gary and Rachel (as well as the contractors and escrow company that they work with.) They know their craft and work with the utmost integrity and professionalism. We highly recommend their real estate services and if we hadn't moved out of state would have purchased our next home with their assistance too! They are a great team - you will not be disappointed!
