It was a pleasure working with the mother-daughter dynamic duo. We like how the pair complemented each other. It is nice to hear different views among the agents themselves in person, and during the time we sold, the market was still hot but already transitioning so it was important to deliberate as a group. The pair was always available to answer questions and step in as fixers when mishaps occur such as the need to revise a staging. Their good taste and sense of design allowed them to intervene including using their own time and material to correct things. They were on hand for inspection and made the whole process stress free. They also have a wealth of resources for us to turn to in getting the house physically ready without any waiting time. It seems like they know every quality maintenance person out there. As many unexpected occurrences can occur, this is what one needs in an agent. They are also knowledgeable and experienced from the buyer and seller side to formulate a selling strategy that is in tune with the times and market conditions and appropriate for the property. In the end, even in a seller?s market, their role was invaluable. We would recommend them without reservation.

I met Kristin by chance at an open house in Ravenna, and what a lucky chance encounter it was. Kristin worked tirelessly for me at every stage of the house hunting process. I have a very busy schedule with little flexibility - a real estate agents worst nightmare Id imagine. That being said, Kristin made herself available at a moments notice, Monday through Friday, and drove me dozens of miles across numerous Seattle neighborhoods without blinking an eye. Thanks to her willingness to do so I very quickly identified a property on which I wanted to bid. Unfortunately, the property I identified had less than 24 hours remaining before all bid needs to be finalized. Thanks to Kristin I was put in touch with a mortgage agent at Westwood Mortgage and was quickly pre-approved. Kristin worked with the mortgage agent practically around the clock in order to secure a competitive offer. Though I ultimately lost the bid on this house, the process convinced me more than ever that ultimately I had made the right choice in Kristin- she proved time and time again her commitment to my search.I ultimately found a house that was even more perfect than the first I bid on and again, thanks to Kristin, won the bid. My offer was one of 5 very competitive offers and likely wouldn?t have squeaked by had it not been for Kristin?s negotiations. Should you choose her as your agent, I think youll agree that Kristins professionalism, diligence and commitment speak for themselves. Far more impressive in my opinion, however, is Kristins kindness. She was truly a joy to work with and have highly recommended her to both family and friends looking for houses in the Seattle area. She is one in a million.

Kristin helped my wife and I buy our first house in Seattle, and if you want a real estate broker who will go the extra mile for you, she is the one! She is very personable and straightforward, showed us several homes that met our criteria, and answered all of our questions. We were nervous and excited as wed never bought a house before, but Kristin makes you feel totally at ease; shes the epitome of a professional. We had some issues in our buying process and when no one at the bank would give us a hand, Kristin stepped up and gave us the help we needed.
