Hardeep knocked on my door expressing his desire to be my realtor if I ever needed one. He indicated that home values in my area were increasing and if I chose to sell my home, to consider giving him the opportunity to get the most for it. Hardeep continued to stay in touch with postcards and emails and 8 months later I decided to put my house on the market. I interviewed several realtors and Hardeep came with a prepared report about my house and the area market and was eager to start working for me. I was very impressed with his enthusiasm and persistence, so I hired him. I have not regretted my choice at all. Hardeep immediately put a plan into action. He kept me updated constantly and was always available to take my calls. He held several open houses and his friendly and outgoing personality made them very successful.
