Hardeep introduced himself to us as he was selling another home in our neighborhood. We took a greater interest knowing that we were going to be selling our home in the near future (job relocation) and wanted to see his approach, marketing, strategy, etc. Our 2 previous agents that we have had....well....didn't live up to our expectations. So, being able to see and watch objectively was very enlightening to us. Hardeep's positive attitude and approach to life is infectious. His professionalism is second to none. We admit, we liked him from the first time we met him, but we also did our homework on him as well. We watched his videos from past sales. We quickly noticed that his creativity in marketing went above and beyond we had seen in other agents. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen, but what distinguishes others from the pack are creativity and marketing thru different avenues in social media, not to just post in MLS and wait for people to appear. We see this now with other agents and saw this in our past agents as well. Its not good enough. Hardeep knows this and is ready and willing to go the extra mile for his clients and himself. He is well aware that his reputation is on the line and does everything he can for his clients.One of our favorite attributes of Hardeep is his communication skills. After we hired Hardeep, we talked, as a team, to formulate a strategy for getting our house SOLD FAST. Unlike other agents in our past, this conversation was a 2-way conversation. He listens to your thoughts and ideas!! It's NOT a conversation where the agent says THIS IS HOW I DO IT!! This approach was reassuring and refreshing. In closing, Hardeep is not only the best agent that I have had the pleasure of working with, but he is also one of the finest human beings that I have ever encountered.
