Some words that describe Micah: knowledgeable, supportive, responsive, and receptive.I got ahold of Micah through the Zillow app, he contacted me soon after soliciting information from a listed home in Grandview. I let him know that I was not yet serious about buying a home, more interested in window shopping while I worked on my finances. Despite my noncommittal browsing Micah regarded me as though I was serious and checked in on me throughout the summer and even showed me homes in various locations ranging from Toppenish to Kennewick. This was extremely helpful! Immediately Micah understood my taste and came up with some homes to my liking. Again, I was not yet equipped financially but he was still willing to reach out and help me along the way. During home showings he was receptive to my wants and needs thus would come up with something better for each meeting. If I came across limitations or something I simply didn't know Micah was there to explain and educate me on the nuances in real estate. Micah was always available for questions or concerns day or night, weekday or weekend; he was never busy for me or hard to reach if something came up. A plus: Micah has a solid team to offer support if needed. One thing I want to highlight is that Micah and his wife Ariel work together in finding the right home for clients. Ariel specializes in interior design so her knowledge and expertise served to my benefit in my recent home purchase. Through Ariel, Micah would give me ideas on home design and amenities that would add a nice touch or value to homes. I purchased my first home independent from a spouse at 29 years old just last month and it's been the busiest but most rewarding experience I've had. I owe Micah my best as he was a big help in making the process easy for me, a single buyer. Micah and his team fall nothing short from knowledgeable, supportive, responsive, and receptive. I highly recommend Micah Keller to all first time home buyers and others looking in the Yakima Valley and Tri-Cities. Thank you so much Micah and Ariel!
