We moved here from a Mid West State and we called many many realtors, not only to buy, but to rent also. We NEVER got a call back from any one of them, that is until we called Garrett Lafferty. When we called him, we left a message on his phone as to what we were looking for and how much we could spend on both renting or buying a home. He called us back in the next 15 minutes and met with us and got all of our needs regarding housing. The very next day, he lined up 3 homes for us to see and we fell in love with house number 2. He told us what the asking price was and we asked him if there could be a better price. He got us the house we loved for Thousands less than the asking price!! Also, there were NO surprises at our closing on the house. He told us exactly how much we needed in Closing Costs and thats exactly what we paid at closing. We would reccommend this Realtor to anyone at anytime. He was there with our best interests in mind, all the way through our purchasing this home. He even got us, even though the Seller had not offered it, a One Year Warranty should anything go wrong with our home!
