First, there aren't enough stars in the sky to rate Julee high enough. I retained Julee to sell my mother's house after my father passed. The house had a number of issues needing to be addressed before selling and a great deal of the information we needed passed with my father. Julee designed a great strategy to get the house staged and on the market, which was challenging in some ways because we were at the same time trying to relocate my mom. Full stop here, she was fabulous with my mom. Her compassion and overt positivity were touchstones throughout the entire process. Julee didn't just provide strategy, she provided solutions. We ended up needing to work with and employ various contractors to deal with issues regarding the house. In my past experience working with agents meant I was on my own to figure most of those types of things out. Julee has an amazing rolodex of who to call and when she doesn't know she finds out. Moreover, she helped negotiate the price to make sure we were getting a good deal. Most of my parents items were dated so she brought in furniture to help stage. We had several offers but Julee was steadfast to negotiating a good price, in fact she had to do it twice. When we were about a week before our first sale closing, the buyer had a stroke. We had to start all over and Julee was again fantastic. Even though we were now in a worse time of year to be selling, she relit the market and helped us negotiate a great price even after a longer than expected time on the market. Before doing real estate Julee was an executive at Nordstrom. In every step of our process, we felt that same level of high touch, white glove customer service that has made Nordstrom famous. Over the past 30 years, I have been involved in several real estate transactions for both myself and helping other family members. Working with Julee was so far beyond any expectation or previous experience.
