We started looking at local real estate a year before we were ready to make our purchase. I contacted Terry about one of his listings and immediately took note of his quick response to my many, many, many questions and his consistently very sound advice. We corresponded by email for a year (I asked many, many more questions), discussing listings that would come up and their unique features. My husband and I finally met with Terry for a tour in May, 2016. He showed us the homes currently available that met our requirements. The market availability is slim pickings for our parameters, yet we walked through and evaluated each one that was on the market. Terry patiently went through each property recognizing none of them were the one for us, knowing that we lived far away and would not be able to come back for another look for at least several months. He was never pushy or trying to talk us into a property. We learned a lot that day! We spent the next few months comparing potential properties online. Terry would investigate a few promising leads for us. They all turned out to be duds. Finally, Terry told us he had just viewed a home and it was time for us to book the plane tickets and come take a look. We did. We loved it immediately. And now it is our home. We had some tricky negotiations and lots of details that needed clarifying, and Terry guided us through the whole process. Terry's solid advice, years of experience, and local knowledge really helped get us into our DREAM HOME.

My husband and I would recommend Luke to anyone. He has worked with several of our family members in buying homes in this area and their experiences were so good that he was our "go to" guy when we were ready to sell our home. He did a LOT of research on the comps to come up with the listing price for our home and that information was very impressive. He kept in touch constantly to let us know the process, what we needed to do and would even check in when there wasn't any news - just to see if we had any questions. Selling a home can be stressful and emotional and his hands-on and guided approach was so appreciated - we had absolute faith and confidence in him. We never had to wonder what was going on. Our house sold in one day and it was a little overwhelming - but Luke made the process easy and as stress-free as possible. Would definitely highly recommend!
