Fist off, things have changed in the real estate world, we haven't sold a home in over 18 years and the process is the same but totally different (social media, staging etc.). We listed our home in late June of 2018 with another realtor. This person was great at procuring the listing but after two months with little to no activity we started to wonder. We had to make a change. We reached out to Marti and told her our situation. She was a true professional, listening to what our needs were for selling our home, time frame, price etc.. Within 3 weeks we had an offer that was within our sales parameters and the house was sold. Kudos to Marti and her team, we have a Realtor for life. Too bad there is only 5 stars or I would have given more. This Realtor knows what she and the market doing and truly listens to her customers. Way to go Team Marti !!!
