We hired Bradley and his team right after the Covid 19 pandemic started. My husband had just received a job offer out of state, and we were in full-blown stress and panic mode. With 2 small children having been quarantined indoors for a couple of months, my house was understandably a mess. Bradley and his team made our move INFINITELY less stressful and actually joyful! Within 30 minutes of perusing our home, he knew exactly what we needed to do to make it a show stopper. He knew we were interviewing other realtors, but he didnt scrimp on giving his expertise and made us feel like we were good friends. He was available night and day, rolled up his sleeves to help us get our home ready, supplied everything we needed to ensure our home remained sanitized after it had been shown, communicated consistently and often with us and sold our home in 3 days ABOVE listing price! Bradley is truly the Nordstrom of realtors and I'm just sad he cant open an office here in my new state. I would pay to have him come out here and help us buy a home! I cannot recommend Bradley enough! He is the BEST.

Tracy and Scott have helped us buy two homes. The first one was a condo and was the home my wife and I got married in and brought our daughter home to. Our most recent home is our first house as a family. Our daughter has a backyard and a block full of kids her age. For each of these purchases, our questions were always answered quickly and in-depth. We were walked through the entire process, never feeling confused about the process. We also had to make a contingent offer. Tracy's ability to create a deal is impressive. She was able to construct a deal which both put us in our new home, while finding a buyer for our home. After meeting Tracy once, my mom said, "She is such a nice lady. I was really impressed. Will you get me her card?" I guess Tracy is like the kid's cereal Kix: Kid Tested, Mother Approved.
