We had the good fortune of meeting Cary a few years ago when we were starting our house hunting process. Cary was the realtor at a new construction open home. We rarely will give our personal information to someone we just met, but there was something true and honest about Cary. He took diligent notes on our dream home details. He showed us a couple other homes, but they weren't quite right, and to be honest, we weren't quite ready. Over the next couple of years, we would get emails from Cary "just checking in", or with a link about a house he thought we might want to go see. When our daughter and son in law were looking for their first home, without hesitation we recommended Cary. We watched as he worked with them and knew right away that when we were ready to list our home of 21 years, Cary was the realtor for the listing. We had listed with another agent before and our home didn't sell. Recently and unexpectedly we found a new construction home that we fell in love with. Right away we called Cary to tour the home. Soon after we wrote the offer on the new home and listed our home with Cary. Our home sold in 1 day and our offer on the new home was accepted the same day! For the next month Cary masterfully managed both processes (the sale and the buy), working with the other realtor, both lenders and the builder on our new home. Of course he had other clients he was working with too, but you would have never known it as he was always available and very responsive to our needs. It was a busy month, but without a hitch, Cary arranged a dual signing for us. We literally signed on the sale of our home and the buy of the new home within hours of each other! Since making the move, Cary continues to "check in" with us. It's not likely that we will ever move again as this is our "retirement home" and Cary knows that, but that doesn't matter to him. He's not looking to get our business again. He has become a friend. He's someone we trust and respect and without hesitation recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell a home, or just to get real estate information from. Once you connect with him, you won't go (or need) to anyone else. Thank you Cary!
