On a scale of 1-10, Alysha is an 11. On a scale of 1-5 she is a 10.I cannot say enough positive things about Alysha in terms of her service and abilities as our Real Estate agent.We recently purchased our first home. I decided NOT to go with just any real estate agent but to be quite selective and meet with as many agents as possible at open houses. I came across Alysha and was instantly impressed.She was tremendously organized, personable, and clearly someone who know what she was doing.In the weeks that followed she was AMAZING. She gave us her undivided attention, did any and everything to make our house hunting experience easy and a success. Then it came time to close on the house we wanted. We had some problems (there was competition and some inspection issues) and Alysha was there to provide fantastic strategy and sound advice. We almost had a deal closing problem, but with Alysha on the case we came to solutions.My father worked in real estate, after being a SVP level at a top tech company. He is a hard to please customer, and even he was happy with Alysha. If you are looking for a buying or selling Agent, look no further than Alysha Noggle.

Alysha was recommended to us by one of the lenders we connected with on LendingTree. During that process we had several real estate agents recommended to us, but Alysha was by far the most proactive in helping us, so we chose her as our agent. During the search she offered helpful insight, made recommendations, and pointed out things that we would otherwise have missed. After we got under contract she continued to be proactive, making sure the lender kept up on his deadlines, and anticipating problems before they became problems. She was never pushy at any point (something I appreciated) and always seemed to have our best interest as her top priority. I feel like with real estate agents you often find underqualified part-timers passing out their cards to everybody they know in hopes of making a quick buck. That was not Alysha. Shes a true professional!
