I really don't know where to start because Kerry Jo has so many wonderful qualities. She is so kind and sweet, always consistent and very available all the time! We made an offer on a home and from the get-go there were twist and turns in the process that were honestly quite emotional because we never quite knew that if this property we loved, in the town we loved would be our home to love. But through all the ups and downs with City/County issues to escrow problems and worrying if the seller would run out of patience Kerry Jo was there with an honest and reassuring knowledge of the sometimes crazy issues that can come up and helped us very much see it through to closing...some 90 days after offer!We started this process knowing very little about real estate and we were very fortunate to have met this lovely, talented lady who guided us through and answered every single silly question we asked without hesitation. The best part is we now have a great and forever friend named Kerry Jo Horn!
