We needed to buy a home fast--and in a seller's market where houses were being snatched up the same day they went on the market. We're so glad we found Mira! Mira made sure we were buying a house because it was the house that we wanted, not the one she wanted to sell to us. In fact, she pointed out some defects in several houses that we were considering, and I'm glad she did. When she found a house we loved, Mira helped us through the nuts and bolts of the buying process, which was quite helpful for us as first-time homebuyers. Mira lined up the professionals we needed to inspect the house, and came up with some creative ideas to make an offer that the sellers couldn't refuse, despite the fact that ours wasn't the highest number, which saved us money. Mira oozed integrity, which is refreshing for someone in a sales role. Even though she delivered her baby just a few days before closing, Mira insisted that we call her if there was any issue at all--even if she was in the delivery room! How's that for customer service?! We didn't bother her, of course, but that's in large part to Mira setting things on a smooth course long before our closing and her delivery of a beautiful baby.
