I consider ourselves very lucky that we happened across DeAnna and Dyan, when buying a property in Medford. We were out-of-towners so didn't know the market or who would be a skilled broker. From the beginning they and their team were impressive! They suggested inspections we should have on the house and then facilitated them for us. Everything was extremely well choreographed and occurred like clockwork. They stayed on top of all the transaction nuances and were very masterful in their negotiation of repairs and next steps. They are also superlative communicators, hardly a day went by when we didn't have some type of update or status. They made the transaction very smooth and painless, and as somebody who has bought over 20+ homes in her lifetime, I know that this is an exceptional occurrence. DeAnna and Dyan are truly talented in what they do, professional, knowledgeable and proactive on your behalf. We recommend them whole-heartedly!

DeAnna, Dyan, and Linda were an absolute pleasure to work with. They assisted my wife and me with the simultaneous sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. It is clear these ladies are experts, due to the apparent ease with which they navigate a process that is often confusing and frustrating, and make it understandable. We felt supported each step of the way, and their patience and attention never waivered even when we asked the same question over and over again.Another aspect of working with these lovely ladies that I enjoyed the most was the seamless collaboration between all three of them. When one person is unavailable, the other steps in to help out. When one person isn't an expert on something another person is. This made it so there were few to no delays in responses, as well as constructive feedback that capitalized on their combined experience. It was also refreshing to see a team work to support one another vs. compete. This allowed us to feel like there were no underhanded tactics, or manipulation at anytime in the process. It really felt like they cared about one another, which then made it easier to believe they cared about us.I can't recommend this team enough and will gladly be referring them to anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell in the Rogue Valley.
