We worked with Moose for over a year as we rode the roller coaster of being first-time homebuyers in Seattle. We chose him because we were unfamiliar with the process and we knew we needed someone who was seasoned, knew the neighborhood, and understood the needs of a family. We finally were able to close on a home in June 2017 after being beaten in multiple offer situations a few times. Moose went out of his way to find us this house off the market and help us make it ours.
