We worked with Moose for over a year as we rode the roller coaster of being first-time homebuyers in Seattle. We chose him because we were unfamiliar with the process and we knew we needed someone who was seasoned, knew the neighborhood, and understood the needs of a family. We finally were able to close on a home in June 2017 after being beaten in multiple offer situations a few times. Moose went out of his way to find us this house off the market and help us make it ours. He is gifted at understanding the different anxieties that my husband and I had and worked to match us as a couple with a home that had what each of us wanted. He is intuitive and supportive, and really listened to what we were saying.
