We worked with Moose for over a year as we rode the roller coaster of being first-time homebuyers in Seattle. We chose him because we were unfamiliar with the process and we knew we needed someone who was seasoned, knew the neighborhood, and understood the needs of a family. We finally were able to close on a home in June 2017 after being beaten in multiple offer situations a few times. Moose went out of his way to find us this house off the market and help us make it ours. He is gifted at understanding the different anxieties that my husband and I had and worked to match us as a couple with a home that had what each of us wanted. He is intuitive and supportive, and really listened to what we were saying. We were surprised by what an intense and emotional process this was, and I really dont know how we would have done it without him and his expertise as well as hand holding. Moose has earned our referrals to friends and family, and we will continue to recommend him without reservation.

I first came to Moose when I was considering buying a house because of a recommendation from long time friends of mine. When I met with Mustapha he sat down an d took note of what I was looking for and explained to me a bit about diffident neighborhoods I was interested in.I am afraid Mustapha didn't know quite what he was asking for when he started working for me as ended up dragging him from the Lake Stevens/Everett area all the way down to Kent/Covington area (including a few stops in between). During the whole time he was patient with me and helped me understand what I was looking at and for.The interesting part about this is that after I decided on a home my financing fell through and out of frustration I decided to give up. After all the time he spent with me he did not end up making a dime off of it, but he was never anything but nice about it and wanted to help me anyway he could.I contacted Mustapha periodically over the next year or two asking questions about houses, and he always would get back to me with his opinions. Finally I decided to buy a home again and I contacted Moose and not only was he happy to help me again, offered me information on lenders he worked with at my request. In the end I bought a nice little home in South Seattle and Mustapha was with me the whole time; he has stayed in contact with me to follow up even after his job was done. I would (and have) recommend Mustapha to anyone I know.
