We were in a more unique home buying situation because our new home was going to be a new build. We are first-time homebuyers and wanted someone in our corner helping us know if we were: 1. Making good choices and 2. Being treated fairly by our builder. Shane came with us to our first meeting at the builder?s sales office and walked the model unit with us, giving his opinion on the construction quality. We felt much better about signing based on his feedback. He also met with us during our first session to choose options, and made us feel confident enough to handle the process. He was very proactive about supporting us, even months down the road (new builds take time), and he was there to walk through our final inspection with us. He even sent over pizza for us/our movers on moving day! He was personable, knowledgable, and always gave us his opinion without trying to make decisions for us. I highly recommend Shane!

I hired Shane from a referral a few years ago to help me buy a my home. I was renting and had a strict deadline on when I had to move. Shane spent a lot of time with me doing showings on various properties giving me honest opinions where he could on the best fit for my needs. I found a home, signed a contract, put earnest money down. Then the deal fell through due to the seller (which wasnt his client). I think he was as devastated as I was! He was on a mission after this to meet my short timeframe and find me the best home. In the end and many additional nights of showings, he found me my dream home. He helped me negotiate the best price, coordinated ALL the crazy details, recommended a lawyer to me for closing and helped everything else I needed. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor, he really cares about his clients! Highly recommend!
