We had originally been using another agent for a couple months that just wasnt working out for us & we were starting to think we would never find a home. As nice as this agent was as a person, she just didnt seem to be on the same page as we were & she seemed more interest in her commission than helping us find the perfect home. So I did some research into the best agencies in the area & that was how we found Dawn. We couldnt have asked for a better buyers agent if we tried. Dawn was immediately on board with our crazy vision & unbelievably, within a week we were making an offer on our dream home! She is an amazing person & it was more like working with family, than working with a real estate agent, yet her professionalism was top notch. Dawn took care of everything for us and took all the fear & confusion out of buying our first home away. She truly went above & beyond for us in every aspect of the home buying process from researching & gathering all the past information on the house to making sure all the inspections were set up correctly, went smoothly & arranging the closingaEUR|.. And everything in between. Dawn even took care of the Koi in the pond in the back yard since we were 2 hours away until we could get moved in. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area as well as honest & upfront about everything and was always available & easy to contact. We could not be happier with our new home & the wonderful new friend that has come out of this amazing home buying experience. If youre looking for your dream home & dont know where to start!!! Dawn Delorenzo is amazing realtor. She was very patient with me and very very helpful. She helped me to buy my first PERFECT home. At the begging I was thinking I know everything better ... I was arguing with Dawn, disagreeing and complaining. But then I realized that she is absolutely right in everything she says. Her experience, professionalism and knowledge in this business made me the happiest first home buyer. It took us 6 month to find that perfect home and she never gave up on me. Ahh yes!! I forgot to mentioned that during my closing I was short by $200.00.( closing cost have changed) Guess what this incredible woman did..? She opened her wallet and wrote a check for $200.00 so I would not have to go to the bank and run around for it. I do not think any of my friends would have done that for me....So Dawn Delorenzo is definitely the best realtor in the area. OMG one more thing I got a super great deal too cause of her:)))))
