We had originally been using another agent for a couple months that just wasnt working out for us & we were starting to think we would never find a home. As nice as this agent was as a person, she just didnt seem to be on the same page as we were & she seemed more interest in her commission than helping us find the perfect home. So I did some research into the best agencies in the area & that was how we found Dawn. We couldnt have asked for a better buyers agent if we tried. Dawn was immediately on board with our crazy vision & unbelievably, within a week we were making an offer on our dream home! She is an amazing person & it was more like working with family, than working with a real estate agent, yet her professionalism was top notch. Dawn took care of everything for us and took all the fear & confusion out of buying our first home away. She truly went above & beyond for us in every aspect of the home buying process from researching & gathering all the past information on the house to making sure all the inspections were set up correctly, went smoothly & arranging the closingaEUR|.. And everything in between. Dawn even took care of the Koi in the pond in the back yard since we were 2 hours away until we could get moved in. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area as well as honest & upfront about everything and was always available & easy to contact. I was recently looking for an apartment to rent in Hammonton and had inquired about one at realtor.com. After I filled out an application and sent it to Joe Weissner realty, Dawn contacted me fairly quickly about the residence. Dawn was very sincere and forthcoming and I felt very comfortable talking to her despite it being the first time we met. When I decided to rent the apartment she had shown me, she was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Despite the landlord being a little unresponsive and picky about certain terms in the lease, Dawn really made me feel like I was in good hands negotiating the lease with the landlord. This was my first time leasing an apartment by myself and I'm the kind of person that needs things spelled out for them so I naturally had a lot of questions about the process and Dawn was very patient and understanding. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor that can get a job done for you while being nothing but friendly and helpful at the same time!
