What led me to Joe Manausa Real Estate: Joe's brilliant approach to marketing his company by publishing some of the most informative & comprehensive charts, graphs, & newsletters I've ever read. Valuable resources for anyone wanting to learn in depth on how the Tally market is performing or simply educate themselves on the various neighborhoods. Great way to keep a finger on the pulse of the city. What made me purchase a home sight unseen from 970 miles away: Kevin Milligan. Kevin worked with me knowing full well that I wasn't planning on buying/relocating for a few years. Most realtors wouldn't invest time in a client that isn't buying now. Kevin & I clicked instantly & he provided valuable insight into the city. Kevin is incredibly patient, especially since I tend to have a lot of questions & am a very hands on person. Kevin made me feel comfortable enough to purchase a home without ever laying eyes on it in person when the perfect house unexpectedly became available. How many people can say that? In my opinion, that is the ultimate trust fall. From day one, Kevin assured me that he would be there every step of the way & wouldn't disappear once the transaction was complete.
