Jen took on a very difficult Short Sale with an even more notoriously difficult to work with Bank of America loan. She performed above and beyond all expectations, constantly keeping us in the loop and dealing with all the intricacies that come with a short sale. Even in times of doubt as we went through the process, she reassured us and I believe that her ability to communicate and also reassure the buyer that everything was on track was incredible. The fact that Jen also uses email and text messaging to communicate was great for us as it was easier to respond quickly during the business day, especially as we had relocated out of state. You will get very friendly and receptive responses and will never be kept in the dark about anything. No matter how many texts and emails we sent, her attitude was always professional and friendly, and no question went unanswered. Jen is clearly one of the best in the business and a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.
