Hands down, the best Realtor I have dealt with in my lifetime! Over the last year, I have been in the process of building a home and needed to sell my current home closer to the finish. Due to covid, timing to do so has been unpredictable and ended up being in the middle of winter. Normally, that timeline is not the best to put a house on the market which increased my stress paired with finishing up the build, carrying two mortgages, and timing it out to not rent elsewhere prior to being able to move into my new home. Wanda took the reigns and completely put me at ease during this entire process. She is so knowledgeable and her experience in the real estate field show in how she handles the details. She went out of her way to make sure my needs were met but also that the prospective buyers were truthfully informed on aspects of living in the home regarding location, weather, local interests etc. I was impressed by her genuine demeanor yet direct delivery of factual information.
