Buying or even renting a home is a stressful experience. There is much to consider, and all of us are short on time. The last thing one wants is to deal with a pushy realtor or an unscrupulous landlord. The Palmtags have a family-run business that has a long track record of helping its clients in Nebraska. While I've met some of the other people in the firm, most of my interaction was with John. He helped me find my dream apartment. He is smart, quick-witted, and puts your best interests first. He graduated from a top law school, gives back to his community, and is a family man. You'll be able to tell from your first handshake that he's a guy you can trust. Without question, he's the guy I would want representing me when buying or selling a home. You'll want him by your side when making big decisions regarding your home - it definitely helps when he talks you through it. It also helps that he's also the kind of guy you'd want to grab a beer with. One doesn't say this very often about lawyers (or realtors), but he is without a doubt one of the most decent human beings I've met in my lifetime. Do yourself a favor and give him and his family business a call.
