My wife and I started working with Anne in the middle of Feb 2017, and all the way up to when we finally closed on our new home on Sep 2017. We were immediately impressed when we first met her at an open house she was hosting. We could tell her knowledge of real estate and properties was extensive, and thorough. We are very picky in selecting an agent, and we knew she was the one. She remained very patient with us, even though we looked at quite a few homes in the following months. Because she paid attention to what we were looking for, she found the perfect home just before we went on vacation in July. The kicker is she was on vacation herself at the time, but made sure one of her associates served us at the same level she would. She was also very instrumental in us securing financing quickly, including knowing about an Iowa grant for veterans that allowed us to not pay any closing costs at all. In fact, we actually received funds on closing day, which is nearly unheard of as a buyer. Annes integrity is above reproach, and she is the epitome of going above and beyond. We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone; buying or selling.

We have moved twice in the last 10 years and Anne has been with us every step of the way. Though she is based out of Glenwood, when we were looking for a house in Council Bluffs, she put us in contact with a realtor in the area who found us a great starter home. When it was time for our growing family to make the move to Glenwood, Anne found the perfect place that suited the unique needs of a family that had 2 small children and a parent working from home. It was her thinking outside of the box that was so valuable to us. She knew what we wanted and found a home that, on paper, didn?t seem like what we needed but in reality was exactly what we needed. We had six wonderful years in that house, but when it was time to move on, we once again turned to Anne. Like everything else in 2020, selling a house presented many challenges. Anne went above and beyond to address any safety concerns that we had. As always, she was reasonable and honest about the value of our home and the market in general. She was patient as we struggled to find the right time to list and, once we did, she brought in a stager, a photographer, and a ?handy-man? to truly highlight the beauty of our home. The house sold in 24 hours. Selling or buying a home can be a stressful experience, but Anne does everything she can to alleviate that stress.
