I cannot recommend Hunter highly enough - he knows this area and the inventory of homes. He really listened to what we said we wanted in a home and was extremely patient as our family used the weekends and limited time we had when we could come in town to cover as much ground as possible. He is knowledgeable about construction and never failed to speak up when he noticed anything about a home in terms of condition that we may not have seen or considered. When we found the home we wanted, Hunter helped us all the way until closing and even offered to let us visit our future home while we were waiting so we could start imagining how to make it ours. Hunter is a well-respected member of this community as well and his referrals have been invaluable, Ive been saying, Hunter referred me! quite a lot lately and if you are looking at property in Lexington or Rockbridge County, let me refer you to Hunter!

Hunter is the absolute best! His knowledge of Lexington and surrounding communities is impressive. Having grown up in the area, Hunter has local area expertise and personally knows property histories. He has outstanding communication and responded to all of my emails/texts and questions of different properties as they came on the market. As we went through homes, he learned what we were looking for and then he found it! When viewing homes with Hunter, we were so impressed with his knowledge of home building and restoration projects. Hunter pointed out concerns the inspection would uncover (before we got the inspection)! We met with a builder to discuss possible renovations needed and Hunter had pointed out all the necessary work before the builder got there. He was spot on! Very professional, reliable, honest and friendly. Highly recommend!
