My wife and I are from Sonoma County / Santa Rosa to be exact. Last fall our city experienced a horrible fire that burned down a major portion of Santa Rosa. This has created a terrible situation for anyone who happened to be renting in the area, we along w/ many other renters received our 60 day notice to vacate a place we had rented for 8 years. We where in a bad spot! My wife is a So Cal girl and has always wanted to get back. We came down on a Sat. and where lucky enough to walk into Jennings Realty and meet Jennifer Dier! We explained our situation and Jennifer immediately got 5 or 6 properties for us to check out that afternoon (we had just walked in no appt. or anything). We found the house we bought that day, probably only had about 45 days to close before we didn't have a place to stay! Jennifer guided us through the entire process; septic / propane / HOA / escrow / home inspection etc.. Jennifer recommend great people to work with, which made the whole process very easy! This is the third home I have purchased and this was buy far the easiest of the three! She was always available for questions, and negotiated a great price for our home! Don't know what we would have done if we hadn't walked into Jennings Realty that day and meet Jennifer Dier, Who I highly recommend!!
