In 2006/2007, just as the market was starting to get crazy, I spent nine months trying to sell my house in LA to move to Boulder, Colorado. It was agonizing. And expensive. And scary. Jen was a long time friend of mine who was just getting started as a real estate agent and asked if she could give it a try. I have to admit, I was hesitant...we were good friends and I didn't want to jeopardize our friendship. In the end, I'm so glad I took that risk. Jen sold my house in THREE WEEKS! She got a GREAT price for it. She tood care of the property for me to keep it looking great (I had long since moved to Boulder). She kept me apprised of every action and every step of the process - communicating just enough and not too much or too little.
