Jen is an extraordinary agent!! We are relocating to the Seal Beach area and were a bit uncertain regarding the exact neighborhood in which we wanted to live. Jen showed us excellent examples of property available in our price range in Belmont Heights, Belmont Shores, Naples Island, Old Town Seal Beach, "The Hill" in Seal Beach, Huntington Harbor, College Park East, and Rossmoor. She is extremely familiar with each of the areas. In the short few weeks we were looking, I spent A LOT of time with Jen, either looking at houses (many were viewed and subsequently rejected after multiple viewings) and discussing pros and cons of property. Jen got to know both my husband and I, and helped to articulate the factors we were each looking for in a property. At this time in the market, one must act quickly. Jen helped us move out on the property we loved and secure it, even though we were up against another very attractive offer. Jen was always available to answer questions about the process and connected us with a mortgage broker who was truly incredible! We moved through a 21 day close - including all the inspections flawlessly. As we were unfamiliar with tradesmen, she set everything up for us and I couldn't be happier with the people she connected us with! She is in your corner and can be a tough negotiator when needed.
