When we started home shopping, Jeff asked us lots of questions regarding what we wanted, where we wanted to be, style of home, you name it. He provided us with listing options and showed us a number of homes, even showing us some that we wanted to see but knew we likely wouldnt buy. He was very helpful in determining certain features today we would like and ones that would not be something we wanted to deal with. When our dream listing came up, he arranged a showing right away for a Saturday night, in the middle of a snow storm. We made an offer right away, and he was able to get us concessions from the sellers that we werent sure we should even ask for. Jeff was able to get our closing set for the date and time we wanted, and we closed as expected. Overall, I think Jeff showed us over 30 homes, and gave us really good opinions on the homes we were looking at. We never felt pressured to make an offer on any home, and when we were ready to make an offer Jeff was diligent in making the offer strong enough that we received the yes answer we were looking for. I would recommend anyone to use Jeff if you are purchasing a home!
