I had the most amazing experience working with Yamil Martinez while purchasing my first home. He was very knowledgeable and just a dream to work with. I had worked with another realtor from a different company and I found myself doing all the work. I had to search on a realtor website she sent me and tell her what I wanted to see. Most of the time I went to see the houses without her, which was a waste time. When I spoke to Yamil however, I told him what I was looking for in areas around Greensboro and he delivered in a big way. The first time I met him he immediately became family. He took the information I gave him about what I thought I would like in my dream house and in no time he had listings pulled up of homes that fit my criteria and we flipped thru them and decided on houses to look at. A few days later I went to see the houses in person. I know everybody always says when you see the right house you will know, and that is exactly what happened. The last house we viewed was the one. I can say that throughout the whole process Yamil took such good care of me and made buying a house simple. I could contact him anytime I had questions and he was always there to answer them. If I didn't understand something he took his time to explain it. He really made me comfortable with working with him and Jason Bramblett Realty. Thanks to Yamil Martinez I have my dream home. I recommend to anyone who is buying a house to make Yamil your realtor because I guarantee you will be thankful because he truly is the best.
