My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Leigh Bates at the Jason Mitchell Group to purchase a new home. We were purchasing our home in another state and we were expecting some challenges, as we were on a time constraint and needing to purchase a home fairly quickly during winter. Because of Leigh from start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Leigh was professional and highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we always felt like a priority and truly made our out of state home purchase seamless for us and we are truly thankful for Leigh for being our realtor and ensuring we had the best home buying experience. Throughout our journey, Leigh demonstrated immense patience and understanding of our situation. She continuously went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of from researching properties as well as any potential issues with properties, arranging inspections and being there on our behalf so we didn't have to travel from state to state. Leigh continuously went above and beyond, and she was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making herself available on short notice when necessary, literally throughout the entire home buying process and even after the sale of the home! We felt like we were working with our friend rather than a real estate agent. If we texted, emailed, or called Leigh with a question or an update she always responded fairly quickly.
