When we first started working with Ed we were still living in Florida but planning to move to Kalamazoo, MI. Our search for a new home started with a trip to Kalamazoo, this is when we were introduced to Ed and told him what we thought we wanted in a house and where we thought we wanted it. Immediately, he started looking for homes that fit what we told him. Throughout our search Ed always made sure that the houses he showed us had the features most important to us. He didn't waste our time showing us things that he knew didn't fit our needs. He made our search a pleasant experience. Ed is very personable and friendly, if he was going to be a little late he always called, he is well versed in all the legalities, the local lore and color, the neighborhoods and their suitability and he always has time for his clients. I would not ever hesitate to work with Ed again or to recommend his services to my family and friends.
