If you?re looking for a luxury realtor in the Saugatuck/ Fennville/ Douglas area? Brennan is the one for you ! This is our second time working with Brennan and he is absolutely fantastic? we were needing a realtor who could communicate quickly as we are out of town a lot and In different time zones etc and Brennan really succeeded?. He even answered a call when I accidentally called him whilst he was asleep, that?s dedication ! We felt completely safe leaving our asset with him to sell? his negotiating skills were fantastic and ended up getting us offers over ask on one of our property?s. He listens to your concerns and gives you accurate data to back up his points when communicating with him so you don?t feel like you?re being blindsided as the client. I have to mention that I came to the USA a few years ago and besides that fact, I was new to home buying too, and, honestly had no idea how to deal with all those things related to it. But, luckily, we chose Brennan to work with, and that was the best decision we ever made! He is absolutely wonderful agent! It?s like having a friend on the ?inside? that is working for you. He was honest and forthright- no games. You will see that he really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in. My experience with him is absolutely great! It is not enough to say he was professional and personal, and never made me feel uncomfortable! And what is most important ? he helped me every step of the way! I can freely say he was soooo patient with me ( I am a tough person) and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. On top of that, his skills for decorating a space are marvelous! He gave us many great ideas on how better utilize the space and I loved all of them! If I have to buy whatever (house, apartment, condo...), I would again choose him!
